Get Involved with Sprout!
Sprout is volunteer-run. And we mean that in the fullest sense. Volunteers aren't just helping us do the work. They're co-creators of this collective vision, and some of the best things we've built started because a volunteer pointed us somewhere we hadn't thought to look.
We're not here with all the answers. The communities we work with know what they need far better than we ever could. So if you join us and tell us we're overcomplicating something, missing something obvious, or heading in the wrong direction, we genuinely want to hear it.
If Sprout ends up somewhere different from where we started because volunteers took it in a direction that serves communities better, that's not a detour. That's exactly the point.
We're trying to grow something here. You can't control exactly how something grows. You just create the right conditions and show up.
If that sounds like your kind of work, there's a place for you here.
